Commission Workflow
Concept Review: I will review your idea and discuss any necessary details with you. Once we agree on the specifics and price, I’ll send an invoice via PayPal.
Initial Sketch: Upon payment, I will begin the sketch. This typically takes up to a week, depending on the complexity of the commission.
Sketch Revisions: Any requested changes to the sketch will be applied in this phase.
Finalization: After confirming the sketch, I’ll proceed with linework, coloring, and shading to complete the commission.
Delivery and Final Edits: I will send the finished commission to you via email or Dropbox, depending on file size. If you’d like color adjustments, I’ll make them at this stage. Other details from the confirmed sketch cannot be changed. Once finalized, I will deliver the high-quality file in your preferred formats.
Terms of Service
1. Personal Use Only: Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed. If you wish to use the artwork commercially (i.e., selling it for monetary gain), an additional commercial fee will apply, doubling the original price. I retain all rights to my work, and any profit from my work without a commercial agreement is prohibited.
2. Payment Currency: All payments are to be made in Euros (€).
3. Payment Terms: Full payment is required upfront once we agree on a price.
4. Payment Methods: Payment is accepted via PayPal. If you are unable to use PayPal, please inform me, and we can explore alternative payment options.
5. Pricing Based on Complexity: Prices vary according to the complexity of the piece. I’m happy to discuss your requests and work with you on the details.
6. Revision Policy: Major changes cannot be made after the linework begins, so please ensure everything is satisfactory during the sketch phase.
7. Changes and Modifications: Revisions are permitted during the sketching phase. Please provide clear details on the pose and other specifics upfront to ensure accuracy. Once the linework begins, only color adjustments are possible. Any other modifications after this phase will incur additional fees.
8. No Refunds: Refunds are not available once work on the commission has started.
9. Digital Delivery Only: You will receive high-resolution digital files. No physical items will be delivered.
10. Right to Decline: I reserve the right to decline any commission if the content is illegal or morally questionable.
11. Timeline: Completion time ranges from one week to two months, depending on complexity and animation requirements. For animations requiring additional time, I will inform you as soon as possible.
12. Agreement: By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
